The problem

Vendor prices sit in Excel files, PDFs and WhatsApp chats. Every new quote starts from zero.

What I built

An estimating workspace for the operations team. Vendor files and pasted chat text feed a price library. The tool flags bundled totals and duplicates for checking, then builds MYR estimates with share links and CSV export. It never invents a price for an unknown item.
